Achieve Your Goals

Empower Yourself

Welcome

Hello, I'm Joanne. Thank you for visiting my website. Making the decision to start therapy can be a difficult one and finding the right therapist for you is critical to its success.

I am a qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I have experience of short and long-term counselling across a wide range of issues, ages and backgrounds. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP).

I offer integrative therapeutic counselling that focusses on our relationship, in order to facilitate change. I am also trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) which can help you to become your own therapist, by providing tools that help you to recognise and change your own automatic thoughts and behaviours.  Finally, I also offer walking therapy in Sheffield and Rotherham, which can help you to relax and process your feelings more effectively.

I offer face-to-face sessions in London, Sheffield and Rotherham. I also offer sessions online or by telephone. Concessionary rates are available.
