Face-to-Face (In-Person) Integrative Therapeutic Counselling
My fees for integrative therapeutic counselling are £60 per 50-minute in-person session.
Face-to-face therapeutic counselling provides an opportunity for you to explore any difficulties you are having, with someone who is trained not to advise or judge you, but who will provide acceptance, empathy and unconditionally value you as a human being. This takes place in a comfortable private and confidential space, that is provided for you in either Sheffield or Manchester.
£50 per session
Online or Telephone Integrative Therapeutic Counselling
My fees for integrative therapeutic counselling are £50 per 50-minute online (Zoom) or telephone session.
In the same way as face-to-face therapy provides an opportunity for you to explore any difficulties you are having, with someone who is trained not to advise or judge you, online and telephone counselling allows you to access the same service from a remote location. However, it is important that you are able to access the sessions from a private and confidential space.
£70 per session
Face-to-Face (in-person) or Online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
My fees for CBT are £70 per 50 minute session.
CBT is more directive than therapeutic counselling. It involves homework and the gathering of evidence in the form of diaries, behavioural experiments and audit tools. CBT teaches you how to become your own therapist, and gives you the transferable skills required to change your unhelpful thoughts and/or behaviours. Given the content of CBT work, I can only offer in-person or online CBT sessions.
